Upgrades

Anytime an update becomes necessary to fix a bug in a program, that update will be free. Also, when registereing a major new version (i.e., 1.0, 2.0, etc.) of MacMagic, PrintMagic, Print It!, Safari Magic, EasyPrint, and WebPrint Plus, there normally will be at least one free upgrade to that version (i.e., 1.1, 2.5, etc.) which will include new features.

Because the costs asscociated with developing software continue as additional development time is devoted to a program, it's necessary to charge for major version upgrades. However, registered users of a program will always be offered an upgrade at a substantially reduced price.

Any user that registers a program within 30 days of the release of a major new version will receive the new version at no charge.

Whenever possible, free upgrades automatically will be sent to users via email attachment.

Support

All registered users are eligable to receive technical support via email. Providing prompt and courteous support is a priority and takes precedence over everything else at MacEase, including new product development.

Normally, you can expect to receive a response to a technical support query within a matter of several hours. However, please consider the possibility that you are located in a time zone that will cause an overnight delay in receiving a response to your email.

Also, occasionally email does get lost in cyberspace, so if you don't get a prompt response to your message, please resend it.
