"Looks like a godsend... I use it everyday. I cut online printing by two-thirds when using PrintMagic." Davis, CA |
MyMac.com says: "You'll save time, money, paper, ink and most importantly frustration. ...once you use it once you'll wish you would've found it long ago."
PrintMagic is an easy to use and versatile OS X printing utility that significantly improves your productivity when working with your Mac!
PrintMagic works with virtually any program that allows you to select text or images, PrintMagic lets you print just the text or image that you want, PrintMagic accelerates printing, and PrintMagic eliminates web browser printing problems. Additionally, PrintMagic can dramatically reduce your expenditures on ink/toner and paper!
PrintMagic gives you total control of what you print by letting you select and print (or save) just the information you need -- anything from a single character, word, sentence, paragraph, or image to multiple pages (PrintMagic also can filter out those annoying web ads that waste so much ink/toner).
PrintMagic makes you more productive because PrintMagic eliminates wasting time sifting through unnecessary information after printing info from web browsers, email clients, chat clients, databases, and other programs; PrintMagic lets you add information to your printed documents that makes them more useful to you; and PrintMagic eliminates the hassles and fuss of getting blank, strange, or partially-printed pages when printing from web browsers!
PrintMagic's unique PrintBoard lets you easily and quickly create print projects by letting you collect non-contiguous data and data from multiple sources. (This a great tool for anyone that does any type of research on the web or elsewhere.)
PrintMagic saves you a significant amount of money by dramatically reducing the amount of ink/toner and paper used when printing because with PrintMagic you print (or save) just the information that you need (not to mention how much your saved time is worth). Typically, PrintMagic can double the life of ink and toner cartridges, quickly paying for itself several times over!)
Here are just some of the things you can do with PrintMagic:
Select and print (or save) anything from a single character to dozens
of pages -- PrintMagic gives you total control over what you print!
Just select the text or image you want to print and either click once
on a PrintMagic button (for text) or drag-and-drop your selection
onto PrintMagic's printer icon (for text or images).
PrintMagic also adds a universal keyboard shortcut to OS X for printing your selected text or image in virtually any program.
Add on-the-fly notes to any text that you print. (With PrintMagic you
always have clearly printed notes placed adjacent to the information
to which they apply.)
PrintMagic's new PrintBoard can create print projects -- great for
anyone that needs to gather and print information.
PrintMagic and PrintMagic's notes support
drag-and-drop.
PrintMagic's supports both styled and colored text.
PrintMagic adds the functionality of a Desktop Printer to OS X. One
click on PrintMagic's small printer button turns PrintMagic into a
small and movable Desktop Printer. Drag-and-drop any selected text,
image, or clipping file onto PrintMagic to instantly print your
data!
PrintMagic lets you add -- on the fly -- time-date stamps to any text
that you print. (With PrintMagic you'll always know when you printed
your information, how current it is, and their chronology when
printing multiple versions of a document/selection.)
PrintMagic lets you add a URL stamp to your printed data by either
copying and pasting or dragging and dropping it into a PrintMagic
note. (With PrintMagic you can always have the source of your printed
data printed with your data.)
PrintMagic allows you to print from many programs information they
themselves can't print.
When printing from the web, large
amounts of your ink/toner are normally wasted on printing
ink-intensive web ads, but PrintMagic filters out both unwanted text
and these ads, saving even more ink/toner.
And PrintMagic includes many additional features.
