PrintMagic For OS X

General Info

When using PrintMagic's buttons, PrintMagic for OS X prints fonts in their actual styles and point sizes. Your monitor's resolution, your application's settings, and your printer's settings can cause your printed text to appear to be either larger or smaller than the text that's displayed on your screen.

To change the size of your printed text, you can either change the settings in your Printer's Page Setup dialog box or you can change the size of the text that's in your application.

PrintMagic X 3.0 added the option of either dragging and dropping your selections -- text or images -- or copying & pasting them into the PrintBoard. The PrintBoard allows you to quickly and easily change the fonts and the point size of your collected data without affecting your source data. (The PrintBoard also lets you edit and reorganize your data before printing it, as well as save it).

Web Browser Tips

With many web browsers you can easily and quickly change the point size of the selected text that's printed by PrintMagic by using the keyboard shortcuts and menu items that the browsers provide for this purpose.

You also can use the PrintBoard feature in PrintMagic to change the point size and fonts of the text you want to print, and you can use the PrintBoard to include any pictures/graphics that you want to print. (By using PrintMagic to print only necessary text and images, you save an enormous amount of ink/toner).

Printing Clipping Files

PrintMagic makes it quick and easy to print clipping files. Dragging and dropping a clipping file onto either PrintMagic's Desktop Printer or the small printer icon that's on PrintMagic's display will instantly print the contents of the clipping file.

You also have the option of adding a clipping file to the contents of the PrintBoard.
