PrintMagic For Windows

PrintMagic is very ease to use: just select the text you want to print (in virtually any application), and then click once on the PrintMagic button that performs your desired function. Next, within five seconds, click once on the Title Bar of the window that contains your selected text to let PrintMagic know which window to print from.

Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop your selection (or a closed .rtf text file) onto PrintMagic's small printer icon and PrintMagic will then instantly print your data.

Using any of the buttons under the "Print Multiple Copies" heading provides you with the option to bring up the Page Setup and Print dialog boxes.

Using the Printboard allows you to drag-and-drop and/or copy and paste any number of selections from any number of web pages/documents/programs into its window -- you can even type your own info into the window and edit your collected data before you print it! (This makes collecting data when doing any kind of research/project extremely fast, easy, and flexible.)

The "Size" menu lets you -- on-the-fly -- control the point size of your printed text without affecting your source document.

Clicking once on Print Magic's small printer icon turns PrintMagic into a small Desktop Printer.

Dragging and dropping a text selection from an application onto the Desktop Printer instantly prints your data! (Some closed .rtf text files also can be printed via drag-and-drop)

To quickly access PrintMagic's regular display, simply click once on the printer icon.

To further reduce the size of PrintMagic's Desktop Printer feature, you can drag the Desktop Printer to the right edge of your screen. You can still use the Desktop Printer icon to either print dragged and dropped selections or restore the full PrintMagic display.

Additionally, you can use the exposed Title Bar to drag the Desktop Printer to another location and you can use the File menu to Quit PrintMagic.
