WebPrint Plus Now is Available For OS X (Including Jaguar)

WebPrint Plus works in most programs and is especially useful when dealing with the large amount of information you are confronted with when working with AOL, web browsers, newsreaders, and email programs.

WebPrint Plus allows you to collect, save, edit, index, or print just the part(s) of the document/web page that you need -- anything from a single character to multiple pages may be saved or printed. Even non-contiguous selections from within a document/web page or across multiple sources/web pages may be combined so they are grouped together. Further, this can be done on the fly and without having to launch a separate program since WebPrint Plus is always available to you!

Additionally, WebPrint Plus provides you with many on-the-fly options to help organize and work with this data including time and date stamping it, annotating it, and indexing it -- this applies to both saved and printed information.

Students and researchers will find WebPrint Plus an invaluable aid, and others will find it a great productivity booster when working with their Macs. Sites with multiple computers will save substantial money on paper and ink/toner because WebPrint Plus eliminates the printing of unnecessary text and graphics.

Here Are Some Suggestions of Ways to Use WebPrint Plus:

When researching a subject, WebPrint allows you to collect and group just the information you find useful, even if it's not contiguous within a given document and even when it's coming from different sources. This information can be as small as a single character or as large as multiple pages.

Use the "Add a Comment" feature to leave yourself notes about anything related to the information you are saving or printing. This provides you with great flexibility in leaving important information adjacent to the material to which it applies (you can always remove this comment when printing the information or when it's no longer needed).

The "Add a Comment" feature can also be used to categorize/index saved information to facilitate finding/organizing it when using WebPrint's find, find again, and editing capabilities.

When gathering time or date sensitive information, use WebPrint's time and date stamp to inform you of when the information was obtained.

When saving or printing multiple versions of information, use the time and date stamp as a guide to which is the most current version of the information, as well as to provide a chronological history.

The time and date stamp may also be used as a search criteria when using the "Find" feature.

When reading your email, use WebPrint Plus to gather, organize, save, or print only the part(s) of a message you want to keep.

When you subscribe to an email digest, you can use WebPrint to print only the information you need -- there is no need to print the entire digest just to get the snippet(s) of information you want.

When using AOL and some other programs, you may be able to select information but not be able to save or print it. With WebPrint Plus you can both save and print this information. This isn't limited to just text -- it applies to rows of data in a stock portfolio and in many other areas within AOL and other programs.

Use WebPrint Plus in Quicken to create on-the-fly subreports within Quicken's own reports. You can use WebPrint Plus to combine any combination of rows within a Quicken report to quickly customize a report so it contains only the information you want. Of course, this subreport can be time and date stamped and annotated as well!

Adam Samuels (Quicken's product manager ) says "WebPrint Plus is a great tool that gives Quicken customers even more flexibility in creating the exact type of report they want. It's easy to use, and I highly recommend it."

Think of WebPrint Plus as a highly flexible, highly customizable vacuum cleaner which collects just the information you need while filtering out the rest. With WebPrint's information gathering, printing, storing, stamping, annotating, indexing, searching, and editing capabilities, the uses for WebPrint Plus are as varied as the ways in which you use your Mac.
