WebPrint Plus is now compatible with the OS X Classic environment.

You can now select which font to use when printing.

You can now select which point size to use when printing.

WebPrint Plus remembers and displays the selected font and point size.

You can choose to have WebPrint Plus double space both printed and saved selections. (This is very useful for creating room to add multiple written notes to your selections.)

New In Version 4.0

WebPrint Plus 4.0 includes a new, simpler, and more customizable interface.

In addition to being able to print selected text in virtually any program with your own keyboard shortcut (even when WebPrint Plus is hidden from view), you can now also save any selected text with your own keyboard shortcut.

You can quickly and easily control which WebPrint Plus tools (buttons) are displayed.

You can quickly and easily set the left printing margin for all the data you print with WebPrint Plus (the margin currently in effect is always displayed in the Preferences button). This feature is especially useful to anyone who prints with hole-punched paper, such as students and faculty.

You now have a choice of 20 color themes for WebPrint Plus.

WebPrint Plus' main features may be activated by command-clicking WebPrint Plus' Iconified View (WebPrint's display can be reduced to a small, draggable icon).

You can set the default action that is to be performed when command-clicking the Iconified View from the Preferences button.

Holding down the Shift key when clicking on the Iconified View is a shortcut for displaying the Iconified view's default action.

WebPrint Plus now works with both America Online 5.0 and the AOL 5.0 web browser (WebPrint Plus has always worked with earlier versions of AOL).

WebPrint Plus now works with Netscape 6.x (WebPrint Plus has always worked with earlier versions of Netscape). (WebPrint Plus works with virtually any program in which you can select text, including Internet Explorer, iCab, email clients, newsreaders, word processors, databases, etc.)

WebPrint's buttons now respond even more quickly than before.

WebPrint's code includes additional enhancements.

WebPrint's Balloon Help and documentation have been updated and improved.

New In Version 3.1

There is a bug in some versions of Netscape that can cause the formatting of selected text to become broken. WebPrint Plus 3.1 adds a new preference (its default setting is on) that can automatically correct this problem when using WebPrint Plus with Netscape.

New In Version 3.0

A Preferences button has been added.

You can create your own keyboard shortcut for toggling WebPrint's visibility.

You can create your own keyboard shortcut for printing one copy of any selected text -- this works even when WebPrint Plus isn't visible!

You can now turn on/off WebPrint's confirmation and alert sounds.

You can set the ProjectBoard and PrintBoard to be SimpleText, BBEdit, BBEdit Lite, or TextEdit Plus files. Additionally, at any time you can change this preference setting.

You can set the placement of both the URL and the time-date stamps.

Balloon Help has been updated and improved.

WebPrint's self-diagnostics and WebPrint's informative dialog boxes have been enhanced.

The Find Again feature has been incorporated into WebPrint's Find button, and a shortcut has been added for using the Find Again feature.

Additional refinements and enhancements have been made to WebPrint's code.

Nw In Version 2.0

The ProjectBoard file has been added, so on-the-fly selections of information can be saved, edited, and printed without affecting the contents of the PrintBoard file.

When using a web browser, both the URL and name of the web page that contains the saved/printed information can be added to the time and date stamp.

Both a Find and a Find Again feature have been added. These features allow you to quickly locate saved information and to index that information to facilitate/organize searches of the PrintBoard and ProjectBoard files.

Many more combinations of commenting, editing, and stamping of saved and/or printed information have been added, providing you with even more flexibility in how you use WebPrint Plus.

A new option to change the color of WebPrint's buttons has been added.

Both informative and self-diagnostic dialog boxes have been added.

The Balloon Help feature has been enhanced.

A Windowshade feature has been added.

The interface has been streamlined, so even with the many additional features there are fewer buttons.

WebPrint Plus 2.0 works with even more programs than did the previous version -- in fact, it works with almost any program!

Many other refinements have been added to WebPrint's code.
